4. Consultation Services
Our astrology-based gemstone recommendations are provided as guidance and should not be considered as medical, financial, or legal advice. Results from wearing recommended gemstones may vary from person to person. Poornima Gems does not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of any gemstone.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Payment must be completed before the delivery of services or products.
We accept payments through bank transfer, UPI, and other approved methods.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of gemological services, certification fees are non-refundable once the testing process has begun. For gemstone purchases, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the gemstone is in its original condition with all documentation intact.
